Catriona Gray reminds IG followers: 'Your identity is not found on a job title'

Catriona Gray shared some words of encouragement to her followers and it's a pep talk we've all been needing.

On her broadcast channel on Instagram, the Miss Universe 2018 queen addressed those who are equating their worth to their daily productivity.

The beauty queen admitted she struggled on the same matter, but she’s slowly unlearning it.

“A truth that I’m still working on believing is that I’m more than my work and job,” she said. “And maybe that applies to you, too.”

“So here’s a little encouragement: Your identity is not found in a job title or job description or in how much work you can get done,” she added. “You are so much more.”

Earlier this month, Catriona shut down breakup rumors with Sam Milby by tagging his fiancé in her recent Instagram post.

The couple was subjected to breakup rumors after eagle-eyed netizens noticed the beauty queen wasn’t wearing her engagement ring in her recent photos.
