Heart Evangelista praises Liza Soberano for 'carving out her own path': 'This is power'

Heart Evangelista's got Liza Soberano's back!

On Instagram, the Kapuso global fashion icon showed her support for Liza, who is currently in Hollywood for the international premiere of “Lisa Frankenstein.”

Liza shared more photos from the premiere night, along with a caption of gratitude for the trust given to her to be part of the comedy horror film.

In the comment section, Heart lauded Liza for bravely carving her path in Hollywood.

“This is power!” Heart commented. “Proud of you, Liza.”

“You went against the flow of the usual norm, the risk of not getting anyone’s approval, and still going for what’s in your heart,” she added.

Heart also said the spotlight is currently on Liza, and it’s “for everyone to see.”

This isn’t the first time Heart has expressed her support for her fellow women celebrities. In December, the Kapuso star complimented Kathryn Bernardo’s post-breakup hairstyle, leaving a comment on her post with “Boogsh.”

Heart is set to renew her wedding vows with Chiz Escudero at Balesin Island next week, where the couple married in 2015.

The affair will be intimate, with only close friends and family on the guest list.
