TV executive Deo Endrinal passes away at 60
Roldeo “Deo” Endrinal, head of ABS-CBN’s content production unit Dreamscape Entertainment, has died. He was 60.
On Instagram, Endrinal’s son PJ confirmed his father’s demise, saying that it “has to be the hardest caption” he had to write on social media.
“Thank you, Daddy, for everything. You have been the best father not just to me but to everyone that has known you,” PJ wrote.
“We will always remember how fortunate we are that you were in our lives,” he added.
According to a report from PEP, Endrinal died of multiple organ failure.
“We might be grieving now, but instead of the sadness, we should be celebrating the life you lived and shared with us, and for that, we’ll always be grateful,” PJ said.
“For now, Rest in Paradise, Daddy. I love you so so much,” he added.
To pay tribute to the TV executive, Dreamscape Entertainment temporarily changed its profile and banner photos on Facebook to all-black.
Endrinal was the person behind several ABS-CBN shows, including “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” “May Bukas Pa,” and “The Buzz,” among others. —Hermes Joy Tunac/KG, GMA Integrated News
