Did Roderick Paulate ever pursue Carmi Martin? Actor answers

Roderick Paulate and Carmi Martin are known to be close friends and have worked in various TV shows together.

On Tuesday's episode of Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, the two sat down for an interview and shared some revelations, including their relationship to each other.

When asked if Dick ever tried to pursue Carmi when he realized he liked her, the actor answered: he knows where to stand.

"Kasi nung panahon namin nakita ko 'yung nakaaligid, mga mestiso eh. Ako naman magaling naman makiramdam. Parang sa nakita ko parang hindi ata ako puwede pumasok diyan. Realistic. Alam ko naman kung saan ako pupwesto," he said.

Carmi and Roderick hosted the variety show "Tonight with Dick and Carmi" in the 1980s.

Carmi is set to star in "Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis" alongside Sen. Bong Revilla, Beauty Gonzalez, Niño Muhlach, and Max Collins, among other stars.
