Pokwang says Lee O'Brian has filed a motion for voluntary deportation

Pokwang has posted an update on the status of the deportation case she filed against her ex-partner, Lee O’Brian.

On Instagram, Saturday, Pokwang shared a photo of themselves together with their daughter and thanked those who helped her with the case.

Moreover Lee filed a motion for voluntary deportation on January 10.

Pokwang and Lee broke up in 2021, with the comedian defending Lee against third-party rumors.

However, Pokwang said in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” that she had to lie to maybe still save their relationship.

The actress also previously said that she was the one who kicked Lee out of their home, adding that he has moved on to someone new.

In June last year, Pokwang filed the deportation case against Lee. According to her lawyer, he has been working in the Philippines without a permit.

Among the actress’ complaints against him are financial abuse, intimidation, and abandonment of Malia.

Lee then filed a counter-affidavit against the deportation case.
