Yassi Pressman wraps up filming of Filipino-South Korean movie 'The Guardian'
Yassi Pressman just wrapped filming for a Filipino-South Korean movie.
Titled “The Guardian,” the film stars Yassi as Sandara, an aspiring K-Pop idol. It is a film all about love for family.
Yassi shared Instagram photos and videos from their last day of shooting, which showed the bond of the cast and crew.
“Had too much fun! Can’t for you all to see this,” Yassi said with South Korea and Philippine flag emojis.
The actress added, “Gamsahabnida [thank you], it was such a blessing to be able to work with such talented people in the industry both from our beloved Philippines and from Korea. Maraming maraming salamat po!”
More cast members include Jeric Raval, Wilbert Ross, Eric Ejercito, Joko Diaz, Ashley Ortega, and Heart Ryan.
The Korean stars include INFINITE member Nam Woo Hyun, Park Eun Hye, and Han Jan Seok. “The Guardian” is directed by Jeong Jang Hwan.
Early this year, Yassi expressed her gratitude that she is welcoming the new year with new projects.
Yassi currently plays the street-smart Bane in “Black Rider,” who is the leading lady of Elias, played by Ruru Madrid.
They also worked together in the film “Video City,” which is now streaming on Netflix.
