Ruru Madrid back to taping 'Black Rider' after ER incident

Ruru Madrid has returned to the "Black Rider" set after a brief hospital confinement.

On Instagram, the Kapuso Action-Drama Prince shared a selfie, showing himself in full costume.

“I’m back - Black Rider,” Ruru wrote in the caption.

Last week, he was rushed to the emergency room after taping due to flu, sore throat, and difficulty in speaking for several days.

His girlfriend, Bianca Umali, accompanied him to the hospital and attended to his needs.

Ruru stars in “Black Rider” with Matteo Guidicelli, Kylie Padilla, Yassi Pressman, and Katrina Halili, among others.

Previously, he said that playing the title character in the project is making his action dreams come true. He underwent training in mixed martial arts and motorcycle riding to prepare for the role.
