Selena Gomez reveals what she and Taylor Swift were gossiping about at the Golden Globes

Take it from Selena Gomez herself!

The actress and singer addressed her viral moment at the Golden Globes with best friend Taylor Swift. Fans and Hollywood publications speculated that the two were gossiping about Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, who were all about the PDA that night.

But in a comment on E! News’ Instagram page, Selena set the record straight.

“Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up. Not that that’s [anyone's] business,” she said.

The Golden Globes was filled with several viral moments.

Comedian Jo Koy made history as the first Filipino-American host of the prestigious awards, but his jokes did not land well with the artists present, including one directed at Taylor.

He has responded to the criticism and said, “I'd be lying if [I said] it doesn't hurt. I hit a like a little a moment there where I was just like, ‘ugh.’”

The Golden Globes honored the best in cinema and television in a ceremony in Beverly Hills, California.
