Parokya Ni Edgar delights fans with photo of complete members

Parokya Ni Edgar made OPM fans happy with their latest photo together.

On Instagram, lead vocalist Chito Miranda posted a group photo of the complete Parokya members. Namely, they are guitarist Gab Chee Kee, drummer Dindin Moreno, guitarist Darius Semana, bassist Buwi Meneses, and backing vocalist Vinci Montaner.

“Well...that was fun,” Chito said in his caption.

Parokya fans were ecstatic to see Gab has recovered, as well as Buwi and Vinci who have been on hiatus.

“Good to see that sir Gab is already doing well, and the band is still playing as one. Aylabyu PNE!” a fan said.
 
“Walang iwanan sa Parokya Band!” another fan said.

In 2023, the band faced a challenge when Gab was hospitalized due to pneumonia, a complication brought on by his lymphoma.

The band and their friends in the music industry helped raise funds, including Parokya gems, Francis M’s polo in the “Bagsakan” music video, and an Eraserheads-signed guitar being put up for auction.

Gab was discharged from the hospital in March and was able to join a Parokya gig in April. He is well on his way to recovery, with “nothing but good news,” according to Chito.

“Buruguduystunstugudunstuy: Ang Parokya Ni Edgar Musical” is set to be staged this year.
