Liezel Lopez addresses 'overlapping' issue with Kristoffer Martin, wife

Liezel Lopez addressed the issue surrounding her relationship with ex-boyfriend Kristoffer Martin.

On Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the Kapuso actress said it wasn't true that there was an overlap between her and Kristoffer's now-wife, AC Banzon. 

Tito Boy asked her point blank if the rumor was true, and Liezel said it was not.

"Kung ako tatanungin, hindi po," she said. "Pero kung may natutunan ako doon, siguro 'yung dapat, 'yung totoo, laging sinasabi."

But she also said she is not in the right position to speak more about the issue.

"Hindi ko na kasi kuwento 'yun," she said. "Pero hindi po ako nang-aagaw ng asawa ng may asawa."

Liezel and Kristoffer revealed their relationship in April 2021, then called it quits six months later.

Meanwhile, Kristoffer admitted to having a daughter named Prè in January 2021. He married AC in February 2022.

Liezel is set to star in the upcoming GMA primetime series "Asawa Ng Asawa Ko," which will premiere on January 15.

Kristoffer, meanwhile, will star in upcoming GMA afternoon series "Makiling," premiering on January 8.
