Veteran actor Ronaldo Valdez has passed away at the age of 76.

According to a report of the Quezon City Police Department, Valdez passed away on Sunday afternoon in Quezon City.

In a career spanning nearly five decades, Valdez was one of the country's most reliable and popular actors in film and on TV. His versatility was evident in his performances, as he embodied roles that ranged from comedic to dramatic, fatherly to antagonistic.
