Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega reunite with 'Voltes V: Legacy' cast, director at 'Firefly' premiere

Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega reunited with director Mark Reyes and their fellow "Voltes V: Legacy" cast members at the premiere night of their film, "Firefly."

On Instagram, Direk Mark shared snaps from the event attended by Radson Flores, Matt Lozano, and Raphael Landicho.

In the caption, Direk Mark praised the film and invited his followers to watch "Firefly."

"It's a very different kind of movie. The kind that takes you on a journey to a happy place. Superb direction by @zigcarlo," he said.

Also present at the special advance screening were GMA Pictures Senior Vice President and First Vice President for Public Affairs Nessa Valdellon, Miss Universe 2023 Top 10 finalist Michelle Dee, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza, multi-awarded broadcast journalist Jessica Soho, and more.

"Firefly" is a coming-of-age road trip drama about a young boy who searches for the mythical island described in his mother's stories.

The Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entry is headed by lead stars Alessandra de Rossi and Euwenn Mikaell.

It will also have the special participation of Kapuso Primetime King, Dingdong Dantes.

"Firefly" will premiere in Philippine cinemas on December 25.
