Venus Raj, non-showbiz boyfriend North Orillan tie the knot
A day after sharing the news that she is getting married, Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Venus Raj tied the knot with her non-showbiz fiancée, North Orillan, today, December 12.
On Instagram, wedding photographer Pat Dy shared photos of the newlyweds from their special day.
Venus wore a classic white gown with a straight across neckline style from Francis Libiran, while North looked dashing in his light-colored suit and bow tie combination.
A few hours before their wedding, Venus shared a dreamy video of themselves and said, “Today is the day that the Lord has made.”
Venus surprised her followers on Monday with their pre-nup photos.
“For 8 years, God allowed me to be single. Since I have fully surrendered my life to Jesus, I have never entered into a romantic relationship. I asked Him to protect my heart and to keep it until the right man come,” she said.
“God is indeed the giver of good gifts, He knows His timeline for my life, and the right time has finally come,” Venus added.
Not much is known about Venus' love life as she's truly committed herself to God. In 2021, Venus graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA), in Oxford, England.
She completed her master's degree in community development at the University of the Philippines in 2017 after earning her bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Bicol University.
