SB19 to retain name, reaches amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp.
SB19 has finally settled the rights to their group name and logo.
1Z Entertainment, the group’s company, made the announcement on Facebook.
“We formally announce that we have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. through a fair and equitable resolution,” the post read.
“Thank you for your patience and unwavering support towards SB19 and 1Z Entertainment. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin eagerly anticipate reconnecting with all of you in their upcoming endeavors. We can’t wait to see you all again soon,” it concluded.
In November, fans noticed that the group’s members dropped “SB19” from their official Instagram handles.
The group’s fans, collectively known as A’TIN, started referring to them as MAHALIMA – the same name used by event organizers during their previous engagements.
Over the past month, SB19 canceled their scheduled shows in Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, and Japan as part of the PAGTATAG! World Tour in Asia to “prioritize their well-being” and to “resolve current complexities affecting the tour.”
Following the announcement from 1Z Entertainment, fans can’t help but feel happy and excited for what’s to come.
“We are happy to hear that 1Z Entertainment... our Christmas would be merry and we can't wait to see our boys performing on stage once again... luv you our Mahalima,” a netizen commented.
We’re looking forward to seeing SB19 conquer the stage once again!
