Jillian Ward, Ken Chan's fans send coffee, snack booths on 'Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap' set

Jillian Ward and Ken Chan have the sweetest fans!

KenJill Official surprised the cast and the whole production team of "Abot-Kamay na Pangarap" with a coffee cart and snack buffet on set.

Ken shared his appreciation for the fans club on Instagram.

"Hindi lang kami ni Doc Analyn ang napasaya niyo, pati na din ang buong production staff ng AKNP. Sobrang sweet niyo! Mahal namin kayong lahat," he wrote.

The actor also posted a video of him and Jillian thanking their fan club, and saying that they love them.

Jillian currently stars as Doc Analyn, with Ken as Doc Lyndon in GMA's top-rated medical drama series " Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap ." It recently celebrated its first anniversary.

KenJill previously teased more intense episodes of the series.

Meanwhile, Jillian also appeared as Doc Analyn in a cameo on " Royal Blood ."
