5 times Michelle Dee made us fall in love with her
Before she made waves in Miss Universe, Michelle Dee had already proven that she is every inch a queen.
Her strength, confidence, intelligence, and talent goes to show that she’s always deserved a crown!
Here are five moments where Michelle stole the show.
1. Her role as Freya in ‘Mga Lihim ni Urduja’
Michelle showed that she is a total badass when she played Freya in the Kapuso megaserye “Mga Lihim ni Urduja.”
As the combat master and assassin, Michelle presented some martial arts skills with her high kicks and ability to use a baseball bat as a weapon.
Not only that, Michelle looked totally cool with the pixie cut she sported for the role.
2. She was a fearless competitor on ‘Running Man PH’
Michelle guested on “Running Man Philippines” in 2022 where she was part of Ruru Madrid’s team.
She unleashed her competitiveness — leaving behind the poise of a stereotypical beauty queen and using her strength to win this “hilahan” game where the competitors were tied together and had to collect as many flowers as possible.
An epitome of beauty and brains, Michelle was able to come up with a strategy. She pulled the ropes, further pulling her competitors away from their goal, and gave it her all to gather flowers.
Stressed out that Michelle was winning, Runner Mikael Daez yelled out, “Halimaw ka, Michelle!”
3. Michelle is a friend anyone would want
If there’s anything that Michelle consistently shows, it would be that she is a great friend.
Michelle has got all the love and support from her best friends like housemate and wifey Rhian Ramos, fellow actress Max Collins, and of course, Miss Universe 1st Runner-Up Anntonia Porsild, one half of the #PorDee tandem.
4. Her brave coming out story

Michelle bravely came out as bisexual in May in a magazine interview where she was the cover star. The queen said she is “attracted to all forms of beauty, all shapes and sizes.”
In another magazine interview, Michelle says she wants to use her platform to empower the LGBTQIA+ community.
During her time competing for Miss Universe, Michelle said that she was out to show her individuality.
5. ‘Fast Talk’ Q&A
Ahead of the Miss Universe pageant, Michelle was challenged to a pageant-like question and answer portion during her interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”
The beauty queen was confident all throughout, and became an internet sensation for giving profound answers to difficult questions about war and leadership.
