Catriona Gray poses for a photo with fellow Miss Universe titleholders
Slay, queens!
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray posed for a lovely snap with fellow Miss Universe titleholders.
On Instagram, Cat shared what appears to be a behind-the-scenes photo taken during the Miss Universe Coronation Night in El Salvador last Sunday.
In the photo, she stands next to Miss Universe 2020, Andrea Meza of Mexico. Posing on the left are Miss Universe 2016, Iris Mittenaere, and Miss Universe 2022, R'Bonney Gabriel. In the center of the photo is her successor, Miss Universe 2023, Sheynnis Palacios.
In her post, Cat also welcomed Sheynnis into the sisterhood and applauded R’Bonney for her “impactful” reign.
She didn’t miss the opportunity to express her gratitude to Philippine “pride” Michelle Dee on her Miss Universe 2023 stint.
“Lastly to our pride, @michelledee thank you for the fight. Yours is a comeback story that I know well, and so it’s with certainty that I can say, never denied only redirected. Whatever you choose to pursue, we’re all right behind you! Mabuhay ka!” she said.
Catriona Gray served as one of the backstage correspondents for Miss Universe 2023, sharing this role with Emmy award-winning American TV personality Zuri Hall.
Michelle Dee concluded her journey in the Miss Universe 2023 competition by securing a position in the Top 10.
