SB19 cancels Bangkok concert to 'resolve current complexities affecting the tour'
SB19 has canceled another concert date from the Asian leg of their PAGTATAG! world tour.
“With a heavy heart,” the group— through their company 1Z Entertainment — said their concert in Bangkok, Thailand, scheduled for Sunday, November 19, will no longer push through.
The band apologized for the last-minute announcement made on Friday, November 17.
“We deeply apologize to everyone inconvenienced by this late notice and we are incredibly thankful for your patience and understanding as we navigate and resolve current complexities affecting the tour,” SB19 said.
Ticket refunds and other concerns must be directed to Black Star Entertainment Production via their email bkk.pagtatagtickets@gmail.com. Merch refunds are also available through 1Z Entertainment.
This is the second date the P-Pop group canceled on their Asian tour. Earlier, SB19 canceled their Singapore show “to prioritize the well-being” of the artists.
The group is still scheduled to perform in Dubai and Japan.
The concert cancellations happened following SB19’s departure from their agency, ShowBT Entertainment. They launched their own company 1Z Entertainment in October, with the band’s leader Pablo as the CEO.
Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin have also recently removed "SB19" from their Instagram handles and bios. Their fans, A’TIN, now refer to the group as MAHALIMA.
SB19 debuted in 2018. In their five years as a group, they released top hits like “GENTO,” toured the world, appeared on US morning shows, and made history as the first Filipino act to be nominated for a Billboard Music Award, among many other achievements.
Here's hoping things get sorted real soon for SB19.
