Yasser Marta will have an intimate scene with Claudine Barretto in 'Lovers/Liars'

Yasser Marta will be sharing the screen with Claudine Barretto for an intimate scene in “Lovers/Liars!”

In Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras,” Friday, Yasser admitted that he was starstruck when he first saw Claudine.

“Una ko siyang naka-eksena na-starstruck talaga ako eh. Pero hindi niya ipaparamdam sa'yo na isa siyang Claudine Barretto,” the Sparkle star said.

[When I first shared the screen with her, I was really starstruck. But she won’t make you feel that she's Claudine Barretto.]

Yasser and Claudine will be entangled in a love triangle with Kapuso Morning Sunshine Shaira Diaz.

“Gusto kong masampal ni Ms. Claudine, kasi usually sa mga projects na nakukuha ko, ako ‘yung nananampal,” Shaira playfully said.

[I want Ms. Claudine to slap me because usually in the projects I get, I'm the one doing the slapping.]

The upcoming series will also star Rob Gomez, Kimson Tan, Michelle Vito, Sarah Edwards, Polo Ravales, Christian Vasquez, and Lianne Valentin.

Filming for the series started last week. It marks Claudine’s return to GMA Telebabad since her 2011 series “Iglot.”

She will portray a successful corporate woman, who unexpectedly falls in love with a younger man.

“Lovers/Liars” will air on GMA Telebabad on Monday. It is a collaboration between GMA Network and Regal Entertainment.
