Catriona Gray describes Michelle Dee's prelims performance as 'solid'

Catriona Gray couldn't be more proud of Michelle Dee!

On her Instagram Story, the Miss Universe 2018 remarked that the Philippine bet's preliminary performance was nothing short of “solid.”

“Such a solid prelims performance!” Catriona said.

“Your hard work is showing! [Laban],” she added, tagging Michelle.

Earlier today, Michelle gave a flawless performance on the preliminaries, starting with her unique introduction of using “Filipinas” instead of the Philippines, her fiery and confident swimsuit pasarela, up to her elegant and powerful evening gown walk.

On Friday, Michelle will showcase her national costume at the NatCos preliminary before the grand coronation night.

Michelle is vying for the Philippines’ fifth Miss Universe crown with an advocacy for autism awareness.

The Miss Universe coronation night is set for November 18, where Catriona will serve as a backstage correspondent.
