Allen Ansay explains why he gifted Sofia Pablo handwritten letters

Allen Ansay previously gifted Sofia Pablo with an envelope filled with personalized, handwritten letters.

On Wednesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Allen and Sophia explained what the thoughtful gift was for and gave details on what it looked like.

"Nung binigay niya po 'yan, nasa loob po siya ng isang malaking envelope," Sofia said.

"Tapos ang point po niya, like kunwari, 'If you're sad,' 'pag malungkot daw po ako, buksan ko. Or tuwing inis ako sa kaniya, basahin ko raw 'yun. So, iba-iba pong letters," she added.

The little notes had short descriptions written on them, such as "Kapag stressed ka," "Kapag kailangan mo ng hug ko," and "Kapag masama pakiramdam mo Aki ko," so that Sophia knows when to open a certain letter.

Allen then explained, "Ginawa ko po talaga 'yan, Tito Boy, nung ano na eh, kasi napag-usapan po kasi namin 'yun about 'yung sa life namin. Tapos si Sofi, mag-isa lang siya, wala siyang kapatid na laging magsasabi sa kaniya na 'Lakasan mo 'yung loob mo.'"

He said he wrote the letters to help boost Sophia's spirit.

"So nung ginagawa ko siya, sabi ko, 'Ano kaya 'yung magandang gagawin kong gift kay Sofi na talagang kakaiba?'" Allen said.

Allen and Sofia, also known as Team Jolly, are best known for their roles in "Prima Donnas" and "Luv is: Caught in His Arms." The two last starred in the GMA digital series "In My Dreams."

Previously, the Sparkle teen stars said they want to stay as a love team for as long as possible.

Last month, they attended the Sparkle Spell 2023 as Barbie and Ken in their Halloween versions.
