Bianca Umali shares advice from fellow 'Sang'gre' star Glaiza de Castro

''Sang’gre,'' the upcoming spin-off series of ''Encantadia,'' is already in the works!

In Cata Tibayan’s report on ''24 Oras Weekend'' on Saturday, Bianca Umali said that she’s very excited for the project.

“Sobrang excited because ‘yung pressure and ‘yung takot is what fuels me to do my best,” Bianca said.

She also shared the piece of advice she received from her co-star Glaiza de Castro: “‘Wag kang magpapakain sa pressure.’”

“Sinabi niya na ‘enjoy-in mo lang because masaya ‘yan.’ Kasi kinukwento niya sa’kin ‘yung experience niya lalo pa na siya si Pirena,” Bianca said.

Bianca admitted that she was emotional when she first met her siblings in the upcoming series, Faith da Silva, Angel Guardian, and Kelvin Miranda.

“Inopen up ko sa kanila ‘yun. Sabi ko ‘sobrang hinintay ko ‘tong oras na magkakasama tayo sa loob ng isang kwarto na magkakaharap tayong lahat. Tapos niyakap ko sila,” Bianca said.

In “Sang’gre,” Bianca will play the role of Terra, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa.

Meanwhile, Faith will play Flamarra, keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy; Kelvin will play Adamus, the new protector of the Brilyante ng Tubig; and Angel Guardian will play the role of Deia, keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin.

Glaiza is returning as Pirena, and Rocco Nacino will be back as Aquil. Rhian Ramos is also joining the series as Mitena, Cassiopeia's twin. —Carby Basina/VBL, GMA Integrated News
