Carla Abellana teases intense 'bardagulan' with Beauty Gonzalez on 'Stolen Life'

It seems like Carla Abellana, Beauty Gonzalez, and Gabby Concepcion’s upcoming series, “Stolen Life,” will include intense scenes that viewers shouldn’t miss!

In Lhar Santiago’s report on “24 Oras,” Friday, Carla and Beauty teased excited fans about what they should look forward to.

“Hindi lang po basta-bastang sabunutan. Talagang, buti na lang po, yes, bardagulan, buti na lang po meron kaming stunt director, may mga stunt men and women po kaming naga-assist sa amin, nagtuturo at nagbabantay, nagga-guide. So mahirap po siya hindi lang emotionally kundi physically na rin po,” Carla said.

[It's not just a simple hair-pulling fight. Yes, it's a scuffle, but thankfully, we have a stunt director, we have stunt men and women assisting us, teaching, watching, and guiding us. So, it's difficult not just emotionally but also physically.]

“Bago kami magkakaro'n ng pisikalan na istorya, I mean like physical sa isang scene, I always ask her and talk to her before, ‘What do you think we should do? Ano pang mga pwede nating dagdagan? Ano'ng pwedeng ingatan natin, iwasan natin and she's very creative and she's fun like she's game on,” Beauty added.

Meanwhile, Gabby has nothing but admiration for his two co-stars, whom he said are both great at shooting intense scenes.

“There is something different about this teleserye which is the astral travel. Now, ang astral travel na ito, happened with the two sisters, cousins. Sila 'yung talagang merong drama dito,” Gabby said.

“You can only imagine 'yung shifting ng characters nila. Si Carla magiging Beauty, si Beauty magiging Carla,” he continued.

[There is something different about this teleserye, which is the astral travel. Now, this astral travel happened with the two sisters, cousins. They are the ones who really have the drama here. You can only imagine the shifting of their characters. Carla will become Beauty, and Beauty will become Carla.]

To get her dream life, Farrah uses astral projection to switch bodies with Lucy. Darrius sees the drastic changes in Lucy, whereas Lucy has to deal with the consequences of Farrah’s life.

“Stolen Life” premieres on November 13 on GMA Afternoon Prime at 3:20 p.m. 

Carla, Beauty, and Gabby will be joined by Celia Rodriguez, Anjo Damiles, Lovely Rivero, Divine Grace, and Patricia Ysabel, with the special participation of Marissa Ricketts.

“Stolen Life” follows Lucy (Carla) who gets married to the wealthy and loving Darius (Gabby Concepcion).

Meanwhile, Lucy’s cousin and Darius’ assistant Farrah (Beauty) experiences the total opposite and dreams of having Lucy’s life.

To get her dream life, Farrah uses astral projection to switch bodies with Lucy. Darrius sees the drastic changes in Lucy, whereas Lucy has to deal with the consequences of Farrah’s life.
