Claudine Barretto begins taping for 'Lovers/Liars,' gets surprise visit from kids Sabina and Santino

Claudine Barretto has started filming for her upcoming comeback series, “Lovers/Liars!”

In Lhar Santiago’s report on “24 Oras,” Friday, Claudine said that she’s very happy working on the project.

“I’m so happy and I’m excited. I’m nervous pero most of all talaga, I’m really, really, very happy,” she said.

“Parang ibang-iba na rin talaga from before,” the veteran actress added.

Claudine had already shared some scenes with Sparkle stars Shaira Diaz, Yasser Marta, and Larkin Castor.

She will portray a successful corporate woman who unexpectedly falls in love with a younger man.

During her first day on set, Claudine was surprised by her children, Sabina and Santino.

On Instagram, she shared clips taken from the visit and wrote, “Thank you so much my babies for surprising me on my 1st day of taping @sab_barretto @santinosantiago12 i luv u all so much.”

“[T]his is for u kiddos & for all my #claudinians,” she said.

“Lovers/Liars” marks Claudine’s return to GMA Telebabad since her 2011 series “Iglot.”

According to an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” it will air in the allotted time slot for "Unbreak My Heart."
