'Sang'gre' has already started filming its pilot episode
Taping for “Sang’gre: Encantadia Chronicles” has officially started!
In an Instagram post, Direk Mark Reyes shared a photo with some of the series’ stars, including actress Bianca Umali, who will portray the role of “Terra.”
"Avisala from the pilot taping of #Sanggre,” Direk Mark captioned the photo.
He introduced the characters, saying, “Meet Terra @bianxa, Akiro @vincemaristela, Cami @pamprinster, and Dina @theresemalvar. #herewegoagain #from2005to2016to2023.”
Apart from Bianca, the picture features Vince Maristela as “Akiro,” Pamela Prinster as “Cami,” and Therese Malvar as “Dina.”
Encantadiks expressed excitement over the pilot taping, with one netizen commenting, “Feel ko sa mundo ng mga tao palang sila [nagte-] taping.”
[I feel like they’re taping in the world of humans first.]
“Excited na mapanood uli ang Encantadia, [Direk]. Lalo na ang mga bagong sanggre. And of course our Ybramihan,” said another follower.
[We're excited to watch Encantadia again, [Direk], especially the new Sang'gres. And of course, our Ybramihan.]
Meanwhile, Therese Malvar also shared a photo on her Instagram stories, showing a school setting. She captioned it with, “#Sanggre Day 1. Thank you, Lord!”
The first concept art for “Sang’gre” was revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con in July while Bianca Umali was revealed to play the role of Danaya’s daughter “Terra” on October 23.
The three new sang’gres to be played by Faith Da Silva, Angel Guardian, and Kelvin Miranda were also introduced on October 27.
We’re surely looking forward to watching “Sang’gre” in 2024.
