Maxine Medina, Herlene Budol have words of encouragement for Michelle Dee

Beauty queens Maxine Medina and Herlene Budol offer advice to Michelle Dee, who is currently in El Salvador for this year's Miss Universe competition.

During Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the "Magandang Dilag" actresses shared their messages for the Philippine representative.

“Kaya mo yan at alam ko na iuuwi mo 'yung korona,” Herlene said. 

“Kasi ‘yung beauty niya, sobrang Pilipinang Pilipina, sobrang talino niya, tsaka bumoto po ako,” she added.

[You can do it, and I know you'll bring home the crown. Because her beauty is very Filipina, she’s very intelligent, and I voted for her.]

On the other hand, the Miss Universe Philippines 2016 said she knows Michelle as a “strong woman.”

“Kilalang kilala ko siya na kaya niya,” Maxine said.

[I know her very well that she can do it.]

“Always pray and believe in yourself and practice mo lang, i-share mo lang ‘yung goodwill,” she added.

Michelle is vying for the Philippines' fifth Miss Universe crown with an advocacy for autism awareness.

“Magandang Dilag” is set to air its finale episode tomorrow, November 10 at 3:20 p.m.
