David Licauco surprises Barbie Forteza, Baby Argus on 'It's Showtime'

Barbie Forteza graced “It’s Showtime” once again, but this time as one of the hurados for the noontime show’s “Magpasikat” portion!

The Kapuso Primetime Princess vibed along to Team Karylle, Amy Perez, Lassy, and MC's presentation, but little did she know, a surprise also awaited her!

On Tuesday, Team KALM delivered a heartwarming performance for their “Magpasikat” entry.

After the performance, the group revealed that the mystery man who provided the voice for the special character that joined their presentation was none other than the Pambansang Ginoo himself, David Licauco!

David’s fellow chinito cutie, Baby Argus, who was also part of Team KALM, was delighted to see his “best friend!”

Barbie was just as surprised to see her onscreen partner.

“First time nangyari sa history ng ‘Showtime’ na ang may guest, ‘yung judge!” Vice Ganda quipped.

Barbie first appeared on the show during its GTV debut, where she shared the stage with Kim Chiu.

Meanwhile, David and Argus had a special bonding day in September.

They also posed for photos together, and netizens said that they looked like father and son!

"Magpasikat" is one of the show's traditions where the hosts form into groups and prepare special presentations.

On Monday's episode, the team of Vhong Navarro, Teddy Corpuz, and Jugs Jugueta brought brought back Doplhy, Babalu, and Redford White on screen thanks to artificial intelligence (AI).
