It's official: Rocco Nacino will return as 'Aquil' in 'Sang'gre'

In an Instagram post, Direk Mark Reyes confirmed the return of Rocco Nacino as “Aquil” in “Sang’gre: Encantadia Chronicles!”

“To end speculations. He’s back! @nacinorocco returns as Aquil for #Sanggre2024,” Direk Mark said in his caption.

According to the director, Rocco is also currently rehearsing for his fight scenes which will be seen in the first few weeks of the series.

“But of course you can still catch him as Anton in #themissinghusband on afternoon prime,” added Direk Mark.

Fans of Encantadia cannot wait to meet the rest of the cast of “Sang’gre.”

Aside from the confirmation that Bianca Umali will play the role of “Terra,” the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa, the rest of the new Sang’gres were introduced last week.

Faith Da Silva will play the role of Flamarra, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy; Angel Guardian will portray the role of Deia, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin; and Kelvin Miranda will be the first male Sang’gre as Adamus, keeper the protector of the Brilyante ng Tubig.

We can’t wait to meet the rest of the cast and go back to the world of Encantadia in 2024!
