Jessy Mendiola, Vilma Santos show support for Luis Manzano as ‘It’s Your Lucky Day’ nears the end of its run

“It’s Your Lucky Day” is nearing the end of its 12-day run, and Luis Manzano is feeling sentimental.

The host posted an update on Instagram, sharing that the show is down to its last two days. He added teary-eyed emojis in his caption.

The comment section was immediately filled with fans hoping for an extended run, including Luis’ wife, actress Jessy Mendiola.

“Magtutuloy tuloy yan! Ibang timeslot lang. [Thank] you sa pagpapasaya sa bawat ka-Lucky, howhow @luckymanzano We love you!” Jessy said.

Luis replied, “thank you for always supporting wowow[.]”

Luis’ mom Vilma Santos-Recto also shared her delight at the show’s success.

“Proud of you son [also] to your [‘IYLD’] FAMILY !! SALAMAT SA 12 days !! BOW !” the Star for all Seasons said.

On "It's Your Lucky Day," Luis is joined by hosts Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, Jennica Garcia, and many more. Kapuso star Bianca Umali is also one of the guest hosts.

"It's Your Lucky Day" temporarily replaced "It's Showtime," for 12 days.

"It's Showtime” is currently suspended over a scene between hosts Vice Ganda and Ion Perez during the "Isip Bata" segment on July 25, allegedly portraying “indecent acts.”

After “currently exploring all our remedies and options,” and a denied reconsideration, ABS-CBN decided not to appeal to the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
