Sparkle holds send-off party for Michelle Dee ahead of Miss Universe 2023

Sparkle GMA Artist Center on Tuesday treated Michelle Dee to an intimate send-off party ahead of the Miss Universe 2023.

According to a report on "Unang Balita," some GMA Network executives attended the event to support Michelle.

GMA Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes told Michelle, "Para sa amin talaga, Miss Universe ka na. Goodluck and we're all here behind you. We'll pray for you."

Sparkle Vice President Joy Marcelo meanwhile is fully hoping that Michelle "makes it."

"I hope the judges see how different she is, how unique, how beautiful she is, inside and out," she said.

Michelle is more than ready to take on the international stage.

The beauty queen recently teased her fierce runway walk, and said that her Mark Bumgarner gown “will be iconic.”

As the reigning Miss Universe Philippines, Michelle is set to represent the country in the international pageant in El Salvador, Central America on November 18. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
