Richard Yap to make cameo appearance in 'Magandang Dilag'

Richard Yap will make a cameo appearance in GMA Afternoon Prime series "Magandang Dilag!"

According to Nelson Canlas's report on "24 Oras," Monday, Richard will appear as his "Abot-Kamay na Pangarap" character Doc RJ Tanyag.

"Magandang Dilag" lead star Herlene Budol said she could not believe that she would be acting alongside one of her idols.

"Ang guwapo, wala kong ba masabi eh. Guwapo, sobrang nagpa-picture agad ako. Nahihiya ako kasi nagbeso kami kanina," she said.

Richard is not the first "Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap" cast member to make a cameo in another GMA show. Previously, Jillian Ward appeared in "Royal Blood" as her character Dra. Analyn Santos.

Richard said crossovers between different programs is a good move both for the fans and actors.

"It's nice that we can do that para first of all were supporting each other and ma-experience din namin 'yung ginagawa nila sa show nila," he said.

Aside from "Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap," Richard also stars in primetime series "Unbreak My Heart."

Catch Richard soon in "Magandang Dilag," which airs weekdays at 3:20 p.m.
