Janna Dominguez reveals daughter Yzabel's cause of death

Janna Dominguez revealed the cause of death of her 20-year-old daughter, Yzabel Ablan.

On Instagram, Monday, the comedian and actress said Yzabel passed away due to "sudden heart failure and lung infection."

"Sa sobrang ayaw niya nakaka abala ng ibang tao hindi niya sinabi sa 'min mga nararamdaman niya," she said.

"Nagpa-checkup siya the day before and doctor gave her meds na kaya iniisip namin OK na."

Janna said everything happened so suddenly.

"She was at her condo in Manila when she suddenly had a hard time breathing. Kasama niya Yaya Ate Lyn niya that time," she said.

"Ate Lyn called us kaya dumiretcho na kami agad ng Manila. Pero wala, after multiple attempts to revive her wala na talaga. God called her back home na," she added.

Janna announced her daughter's death on Sunday. In a statement, the family said Yzabel's wake will be held from October 8 to October 12 at La Pieta Funeral Homes, Angeles, Pampanga.

Janna is known for her role as Maria in "Pepito Manaloto." She has three other children with partner Mickey Ablan: Caely, Gabby, and Leon.
