EXO’s Chanyeol returned to the Philippines for a fan meeting!

Before heading to his “fun meet,” Chanyeol also met a few reporters, where he was asked if he had ever thought of staying in the country for good.

“Everyday,” Chanyeol confidently answered in English.

The K-pop star added the Philippines was the first foreign country he visited back when he was in middle school for a short-term English study program, and as such has a lot of memories in the country.

He says he really feels comfortable whenever he comes to the Philippines.

“Wow, love the Philippines!” the event’s host, Samantha Bernardo, said, to which Chanyeol responded, “Yeah!”

Last month, Chanyeol was named the first ever male and international brand ambassador of local makeup brand Ever Bilena.

Following the exciting news, the brand’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Denice Sy, hinted at the idol’s possible return to the Philippines for a fan meeting event.

In May, Chanyeol also visited the country with his fellow EXO-SC sub-unit member, Sehun for a fancon.

In March, Chanyeol was also named the new face of a local clothing brand.
