Faith Da Silva goes on 'intimate dinner' with Eric Nam, but it's not what she expected

Faith Da Silva got the chance to have an intimate dinner with Eric Nam, but it turned out to be different from what she expected!

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the Sparkle actress shared the hilarious story of her interaction with Korean-American singer.

According to Faith, she first interviewed Eric when he guested on Kapuso variety show "TikToClock."

"The next day, someone messaged me na they were inviting me to an intimate dinner with Eric Nam," she said. "So parang ako talaga, 'Oh my gosh, totoo ba 'to talaga?' Kasi he's a superstar."

Faith said she was not very familiar with Eric, but after listening to his songs and watching his videos, she was surprised to be invited to the "intimate dinner."

Thinking that it was going to be just the two of them, Faith prepared for an evening of conversation with the musician. However, things did not happen as she had imagined.

"Pero pagdating ko doon marami pala kami. Akala ko talaga na parang kami lang. Wala naman kasi silang sinabi na parang event pala 'to, ganyan," she said.

"Masaya naman kasi I was able to meet new friends pero umasa ako," she sheepishly admitted. "Kasi naman matagal na din po akong hindi nakikipag-date, parang I wanted to experience it again."

Eric was recently in the Philippines for a fan meet and a concert. Among his songs include "I Don't Know You Anymore," "Love Die Young," and "Echo."

Meanwhile, Faith currently stars as Betty in "Maging Sino Ka Man," which airs weeknights on GMA Telebabad at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras."
