Dennis Trillo on being given the 'Drama King' label: 'Bahala na sila'
Dennis Trillo is also sometimes called the "Drama King" for good reason. The award-winning actor is among the best thespians in the business, delivering exceptional performances on both the big screen and on TV.
On Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Dennis was asked how he feels every time he's introduced as "Drama King."
Admitting it was "media nakaka-flatter" because he's not used to these showbiz labels, Dennis said "kung ano sa tingin nilang gusto nailing itawag sa kin, behalf na sila."
"Basta sa trabaho, pinagbubutihan ko lang," Dennis said, adding he was of course grateful to be given such a label.
Among Dennis' most memorable projects on the silver screen were 2004's "Aishite Imasu: 1941 Kita," 2015's "Felix Manalo," 2019's "Mina-Anud," and 2021's "On The Job: The Missing 8."
On TV meanwhile, he is best known for his performances in GMA's "My Husband's Lover," Maria Clara at Ibarra," and "Voltes V: Legacy."
