Alden Richards and Julia Montes have nothing but gratitude for the support they have been receiving for their upcoming movie, "Five Break-Ups and a Romance."

According to Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, Alden and Julia felt overwhelmed after the recent scene drop from the film earned millions of views on social media.

"Thankful po kami kasi at least our efforts are not parang put to waste because of the reception that we've been getting po sa mga excited na makapanood ng 'Five Break-Ups and a Romance,'" Alden said.

"Ang sarap at ang saya namin sa project na 'to, and then nakita namin 'yung pagtanggap ng tao," Julia said.

The stars also shared some of the things they learned from doing the project.

"It's a deeper understanding of our situation kumabaga para sa amin parang self-discovery din siya," Alden said.

"Ang gift namin 'yung friendship namin, pag nagkakatitigan kasi kami, nagkakaintindihan kami agad. So may part dun na nagkatitigan lang, inaano ko s'ya na, 'Ikaw kasi, sinimulan mo,' may ganon na kaming connection," Julia said.

"Kasi sincere and genuine," Alden agreed.
