Is Ken Chan currently in love?

On Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the "Abot Kamay Na Pangarap" star answered "medyo" when asked if he is currently in love during the "Fast Talk" segment of the show.

Ken further explained that his one-word answer is much more complex than it sounds.

"I'm in love in so many different ways and in so many different things," the Sparkle actor said.

"That doesn't mean na tao' yun. [It can be] career, family, friends," he added.

However, Ken admitted that he misses being madly in love with a particular person.

"Nakakamiss ma-inlove talaga dun sa isang tao, sa special someone," he said.

"Ngayon, nasabi ko na medyo [in love ako] because happy ako sa set, happy ako sa set ng 'Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap,'" he added.

In a previous episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Ken admitted that he had feelings for his former on-screen partner, Rita Daniela.

"Inamin namin sa isa't isa kung gaano namin kamahal 'yung isa't isa more than friends, more than katrabaho, beyond that pero alam namin 'yung limitasyon namin," he said in the interview.

Meanwhile, Rita described their relationship as an "almost love story."

"'Yung nangyari sa 'min ni Ken, it's an almost love story," Rita said. "Kasi 'yung almost, 'yun 'yung masakit, so close yet so far."

Ken and Rita starred on several GMA shows together, such as "My Special Tatay," "One of the Baes," and "Ang Dalawang Ikaw." They also worked together in "All-Out Sundays" and as journey hosts in "The Clash."
