‘Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho’ is nominated at the 5th Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Awards
“Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” is nominated for Best Reality and Variety Award at the 5th Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Awards!
The prestigious annual event hailed the show’s “Sugat ng Pangungulila” story, which also recently brought home the Gold World Medal from this year’s New York Festivals.
"Sugar ng Pangungulila" tells the story of Daylyn, an OFW mother in Singapore, whose son Daxen was left behind in Antique with an undiagnosed skin disease.
With the help of KMJS, the heroism of neighbors, the assistance of the local government units and the hospital, Daxen was rescued and gradually recovered.
KMJS will go up against “SNL Korea,” “Let’s Feast Vietnam,” “Our Game: LG Twins,” “Food Chronicle,” “Bloody Game 2,” and “Physical: 100" for the Best Reality and Variety category.
Winners will be announced on October 8 (KST) at the BIFF Theater, Busan Cinema Center in Busan, South Korea.
“Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” is consistently recognized by award-giving bodies.
In 2022, it became the first-ever winner of the Top Media Publisher trophy at the TikTok Awards. In the same year, the “Ranelyn’s Dress” story won the bronze medal at the New York Festivals.
In 2021, the show was named Best Magazine Show at the 34th PMPC Star Awards for TV.
