Michelle Dee reveals she was once ‘sabotaged’ during a beauty pageant
Michelle Dee revealed that she was sabotaged during her first international pageant.
In Bea Alonzo’s latest vlog, Michelle was asked by her fellow Kapuso star if she had experienced being sabotaged during a competition.
“Yeah!” Michelle confirmed. “Once lang during my first international competition.”
“I was so careful with—especially my final gowns and especially my [national costume]. They lived in separate luggages locked until I needed to wear them,” she said.
She continued, “During our [national costume] rehearsals, I was wearing a beautiful, beautiful piece by Francis Libiran.”
"I had two golden fans. So, we had, I think, a group photo or something, so I had to put my fans down," Michelle said.
When she went back, her fans were already gone.
So she texted Francis’ team, and they were already "ready to produce another set."
Michelle continued, "But thankfully, this is why I love Pinoys all over the world; that hotel had so many Pinoys, and then I was like, ‘My fans are missing.’"
They looked through CCTV footage and found the fans.
“Hindi nila sinabi kung sino basta may kumatok that same night, and then my fans were on the floor,” she said.
Michelle will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe pageant to be held in El Salvador in November.
She won the Miss Universe Philippines crown last May.
