Barbie Forteza, David Licauco spill back story behind their kilig photo from 'Maging Sino Ka Man'

If you've seen that photo of David Licauco and Barbie Forteza sleeping while dressed as Carding and Monique, you were probably wondering if it was from an actual scene in "Maging Sino Ka Man."

According to Nelson Canlas's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, the Sparkle stars spilled the back story behind the photo during the media conference for the upcoming series.

"Tulog talaga kami nun. Kasi pagod na eh, hindi na namin kaya," David quipped.

"To be honest hindi pa take 'yun pero bina-block na kami," Barbie said. "Mas natawa lang ako kasi 'yun unang take ang dapat mas yayakap ako tapos nung pumitik 'yung AD (assistant director) namin siya (David) 'yung mas yumakap sa amin."

Barbie and David became a popular love team after pairing up as Team FiLay in "Maria Clara at Ibarra." They also have an upcoming film, "That Kind of Love."

"Maging Sino Ka Man" will mark Team BarDa's return to GMA Telebabad. The special limited series is a television remake of the iconic '90s film of the same name, which starred Sharon Cuneta and Robin Padilla.

Barbie and David have been making their fans kilig with their chemistry as early as the script reading for the show. They also re-enacted the famous ending scene between Monique and Carding.

"Maging Sino Ka Man" will premiere on September 11.
