Ruru Madrid back to doing action scenes after recovering from knee injury

Ruru Madrid is back to being an action star on “Black Rider” after making a full recovery from his knee injury.

In an Instagram Reel, the Kapsuo Action Drama Prince showed he was able to pull off fast-paced fight scenes using a gun and sword. Ruru is also seen pulling himself up on a bar in the ceiling, rolling on tables, and sprinting.

“First fight scene after suffering an injury, tunay na walang imposible sa panginoon,” Ruru said in his caption.

“Right now I'm fully recovered and ready for more action,” the actor added.

Ruru endured Acute Ligamentous Injury in mid-August after fight scenes, and had to work with a physical therapist in his recovery.

Ruru is the star of the upcoming GMA Public Affairs action series " Black Rider " alongside his leading lady Yassi Pressman .

The series will also star Kylie Padilla , Matteo Guidicelli , Jon Lucas, Rainier Castillo , Katrina Halili, Zoren Legaspi, Gladys Reyes, Empoy, Jayson Gainza , Janus del Prado, and many more.
