Miguel Tanfelix hopes to have a dance number with Vhong Navarro one day

Two dance kings sharing the stage? We’d love to see it!

Miguel Tanfelix made his “It’s Showtime” debut on Saturday and heated up the stage with an opening dance performance to ENHYPEN’s “Bite Me.”

After singing along to the “Showtime” theme song and greeting the Madlang People, Miguel was asked by Vhong Navarro how it felt to be on the show as a Kapuso star.

“Natuwa ako Kuya Vhong, kasi para sa ‘kin pag nagkakaisa 'yung mga tao, masaya ako dun. So very excited ako mag-perform dito,” the actor said.

"Actually, ni-lo-look forward ko na maka dance prod ka, Kuya Vhong," Miguel added.

The host was visibly honored and said, “Gusto ko 'yan. Alam mo, sabi ko nga sa staff namin, magaling sumayaw ‘to.”

“Paghahandaan namin ni Miguel 'yan. Gagawa tayo ng prod, Miguel,” Vhong added.

Miguel answered him, “Sige hopefully, Kuya Vhong. Thank you.”

Miguel is currently starring as Steve Armstrong on “Voltes V: Legacy,” which just wrapped up taping 10 extra episodes. These feature the new characters Contessa Zaki (Vaness del Moral), Arisa (Kylie Padilla), and Takeo (Pancho Magno).

"Voltes V: Legacy" airs on weekdays on GMA Telebabad at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." The series is also livestreamed on GMA Network's YouTube channel and at GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream. Here is a complete list of where to watch the series.
