Barbie Forteza and David Licauco finally release a picture from the GMA Gala

Here’s your ayuda, BarDa stans! David Licauco finally dropped a photo with Barbie Forteza from the GMA Gala.

The Pambansang Ginoo and the Kapuso Primetime Princess smiled and posed for a selfie inside the ballroom.

David had this wacky caption, “Sint a misij,” with laughing emojis.

According to BarDa fans on Twitter, the caption references an inside joke they started following Barbie and Joshua Garcia’s Twitter exchange about being the best dressed star at the GMA Gala.

Ahead of the gala, Barbie’s date was the talk of the town. However, the actress, David, and her longtime boyfriend Jak Roberto all walked solo on the red carpet.

David and Barbie became a famous love team after starring as Fidel and Klay in the historical portal fantasy series "Maria Clara at Ibarra," now streaming on Netflix.

They have an upcoming film called “That Kind of Love,” and are starring in the “Maging Sino Ka Man” remake.
