Rocco Nacino reunites with Rain Matienzo at the GMA Gala: 'Salome!'

Salome and Elias are reunited, even if it's just for a night!

Rain Matienzo and Rocco Nacino, who played the ill-fated couple in "Maria Clara at Ibarra," both attended the GMA Gala at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City on Saturday.

Hosting the interviews on the red carpet is Rain, and when Rocco took his turn, he greeted her with: "Salome!"

In response, Rain said, "Elias!"

Contrary to his costume in "Maria Clara at Ibarra," however, Rocco was wearing a white suit with jewelry and sunglasses.

"I'm very happy... to be wearing something like this," he said. "Pati jewelry, usually parang studs lang."

"I'm not really confident wearing white, pero let's do it," he added.

He also said that his wife, Melissa Gohing, stayed at home to take care of their son Ezren.
