Parokya ni Edgar's Chito Miranda admires SB19's Stell

Chito Miranda couldn't help but praise his fellow "The Voice Generations" coach, SB19's Stell.

On Wednesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Chito talked about his admiration for the P-Pop artist and his group.

"He's such a revelation for me kasi ang pagkakakilala ko lang kay Stell is one of the members of SB19. I am familiar with SB19; I'm sobrang fan ng work nila, pero as individuals, I didn't know them," the Parokya ni Edgar lead vocalist shared.

"As we get to hang out, mga pictorials and everything, everything that he does is so entertaining, and everything that he says is so humble," he added.

Chito said he admires Stell's childlike wisdom about hard work and his constant praises for his fellow SB19 members.

"May sinabi siyang very important sa 'kin na, 'Kung sino 'yung weak, the other guys need to be strong.' Sobrang ganda nu'n di ba?" he said.

"It took Parokya years to do that, and they've been together for five years only, tapos ganon na siya magsalita," he continued. "Wala lang, bilib lang ako sa kanya. Galing eh."

The OPM star also commended the P-pop group for writing their own music.

"'Pag pinapanood ko 'yung mga music videos nila and 'yung songs, I could never come up with something as brilliant as ginagawa nilang songs," Chito said.

"Nakakainis naman 'to, sobrang galing," he quipped.

Previously, Chito took to Instagram to share his amazement after he found out that SB19 writes their own songs.

Chito expressed his admiration for the group, saying, "Hindi lang sila magaling na performers... magaling sila na artists."

Aside from Stell, SB19 is composed of Pablo, Ken, Justin, and Josh. Among their popular songs include "GENTO," "WYAT,"  "MAPA," and "Bazinga."

Chito and Stell are joined by Billy Crawford and Julie Anne San Jose as the coaches for "The Voice Generations," the newest spin-off of the world's biggest singing competition.

In April, the singing competition opened applications for duos or groups.
