'Bubble Gang' debuts on new timeslot; Jelai Andres, Mika Salamanca guest on show

"Bubble Gang" has debuted on its new time slot on Sunday, treating viewers to both live performances and taped segments!

The gang, composed of Michael V., Chariz Solomon, Betong Sumaya, Analyn Barro, Kokoy de Santos, EA Guzman, Buboy Villar, and Cheska Fausto performed a fun opening number on the studio.

Bitoy rapped a catchy theme song as everyone danced on the stage. Afterwards, he introduced their guests for the evening - social media stars Jelai Andres and Mika Salamanca.

The gang then began to disperse to the set on the studio for their live skits. Different sets were featured: a street, a sari-sari store, a restaurant, and a talk show.

There's also a recurring short taped segment, where a cast member talks to Adexia — a parody of voice assistant technology Alexa.

The new "Bubble Gang" also featured timely material in their gags, such as using a ride-hailing app, playing lato-lato, dancing on TikTok, and vlogging.

There's even a parody of "Voltes V: Legacy" called Bortas V, with Buboy, Betong, Paolo, Kokoy, EA as the bortas!
