Shanti Dope joins the cast of 'Black Rider'

Shanti Dope is entering his actor era.

The OPM rapper has joined the cast of “Black Rider,” according to an announcement on GMA Public Affairs’ Instagram page.

In the teaser, Shanti Dope looks badass on the set of the action series, sporting a motorcycle jacket and a beanie.

Shanti Dope is best known for the songs “Nadarang,” “ Tricks ,” and “ City Girl ,” which had a music video starring Bianca Umali.

“Black Rider” is an upcoming series starring Ruru Madrid. He started MMA and motorcross training for the show, which he calls his dream come true .

It also marks Rainier Castillo’s acting comeback .

More cast members include Matteo Guidicelli , Jon Lucas, Jayson Gainza, Empoy, Dustin Yu, Saviour Ramos, Joaquin Manansala, Vance Larena, and Kim Perez.

Online star Salome Salvi was also present on set.
