David Licauco, Barbie Forteza to star on ‘Maging Sino Ka Man’ remake

Barbie Forteza and David Licauco are set to make their primetime comeback with the remake of the "Maging Sino Ka Man" series.

On Twitter, Barbie and David teased fans with a look test of their characters in separate posts.

The Pambansang Ginoo simply captioned his post with, "Maging Sino Ka Man," adding a blushing emoji.

Meanwhile, Barbie quoted a line from her character Monique.

“‘Ano ka ba naman, Carding?’” she wrote.

"'Maging Sino Ka Man' [look test] today," she added. “Soon on GMA Primetime.”

"Maging Sino Ka Man" is an action-drama movie which first aired in 1991. The original cast includes Robin Padilla as Carding, Sharon Cuneta as Monique and Digna, Edu Manzano as Gilbert, and Dennis Padilla as Libag.

It's the latest project lined up for the two, following their incredibly successful love team in the historical portal fantasy series "Maria Clara at Ibarra," which is now streaming on Netflix.

In May, Barbie and David flew to South Korea to shoot their film "That Kind of Love."
