Barbie Forteza honored to share 'It's Showtime' stage with Kim Chiu

Barbie Forteza took to Twitter to express her gratitude after appearing on "It's Showtime" on GTV on Saturday.

"Maraming maraming salamat po, [It's Showtime] Family, Kapamilya, Kapuso at mga kaibigan kong [BarbieNatics] at true & solid BarDa!!!" Barbie said.

On Saturday night, Kim Chiu quoted Barbie's tweet, saying it was "nice to finally meet" the Kapuso star.

The "Maria Clara at Ibarra" star replied to Kim and said she was "honored to have shared the dance floor" with her.

"Barbie Forteza" was among the top trending topics on Twitter Philippines on Saturday after her dance number with Kim, Belle Mariano, and Alexa Ilacad at the premiere of ''It's Showtime'' on GTV.

In a speech at the contract signing event, GMA Network chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon said that the "TV war is over."
