Ninong Ry reacts to Michael V.’s Ninong Cry parody on ‘Bubble Gang’

Michael V.'s Ninong Cry of “Bubble Gang” demonstrated how to cook the most bitter Ginisang Ampalaya in its most recent episode, generating quite the reaction from content creator Ninong Ry!

Ninong Cry is Michael V.’s parody of Ninong Ry, who is known for his crazy-good food-related videos and characterized by his black t-shirt, black cap, and round eyeglasses.

In Friday's episode of “Bubble Gang,” Ninong Cry was high on emotions for two reasons — gratitude for having many subscribers and losing a lover.

He demonstrated how to cook Ginisang Ampalaya because it was his ex’s favorite dish.

“Paboritong ulam ng ex ko, mga pre,” Ninong Cry told in the video, adding "ito  ang pinakamapait na ampalayang nagawa ko."

“Ginisang Ampalaya ala Ninong Cry,” he added.

On Instagram, Ninong Ry couldn't hide his joy. "Grabe yung feeling na ma-Bubble Gang ka!!!!" he said as he shared a video of himself watching the segment on TV.

"Salamat idol Michael V," he added, tagging the Kapuso comedy genius.

Last month, Bitoy posted a teaser for his upcoming parody of Ninong Ry, which excited the food vlogger and netizens.

Ninong Ry has captivated Filipino netizens with his down-to-earth, real-talk cooking and food-related videos. On YouTube, he has already amassed nearly 2M subscribers.

He previously collaborated with Bea Alonzo for a cooking challenge on her vlog.
